What Is Porous Carbon CNovel?
CNovel has a unique inter-connected pore structure of mesopores (2 to 50 nm pores) that are connected to each other to form a three-dimensional network. This structure allows CNovel to exhibit functional expressions and improvements that were not possible with other materials.
The unique structure also allows for CNovel to support catalyst particles inside the pores and to use these particles more effectively. The superior catalyst properties thanks to CNovel also help increase fuel cell output and help reduce the amount of platinum used.
